How do I create a link so that a single workstation is started directly?
Error description
You have installed the GP Manager on a server or workstation and have settings for several workstations.
For example, the GP Manager is used in several measuring booths. The cabins contain different versions of MultiSens plates and 2D scanners, for example.
Troubleshooting
A link to the GP Manager can be created on the server for each individual workstation. The folder name with the INI files for the measuring room is also transferred to the link.
- Open the folder in which the GP Manager is installed (default setting: C:\GeBioM_SQL resp. C:\GPM_V7).
- Make a Right click on the GpMan.exe and select "Send to" -> "Desktop (create shortcut)„
- You should now see a shortcut on your desktop with the name "GpMan.exe - Shortcut" are located.
- Right-click on the shortcut and select "Properties„
- Insert the following after Destination: Folder/pt GpSystem_Single-user folder there should be a Space behind "GpMan.exe" should be inserted. The destination should look like this, for example:

- If you do not know the name of the folder, you can right-click on the shortcut again.
